With one 60-90 minute foot peel treatment, send calluses packing and tell dead skin to hit the road.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eStep 1: Soak your feet in warm water for 30 min prior to use. Taking a warm shower prior to use will also work.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eStep 2: Pour the desired amount of Activating Essence into one of the Foot Peel Masks and evenly distribute along the inside of the cotton lining.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eStep 3: Place your foot inside the foot mask and seal it with the attached closure. Repeat for the other foot.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eStep 4: Wear for 60 minutes (up to 90 minutes if greater exfoliation is desired or if you have not used a foot peel recently). Keep your feet flat on the ground and level throughout use. Don't kick your feet up! (or else the treatment will not apply evenly).\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eStep 5: Remove the foot peel masks. Thoroughly rinse and dry your feet.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan class=\"metafield-multi_line_text_field\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eStep 6: In 7-8 days when the peeling begins, soak your feet to help the exfoliation. Progressive peeling action will take place over the next couple of weeks. Protect your feet until everything is done shedding. From start to finish, don't manually peel any skin.
