Perma Blend Shading Solution - Thick Shading Solution (0.5oz.)

An optional solution to lessen the pigment load.

Use it to dilute your pigment 20-80% for softer effects. Slightly thicker than Thin Shading Solution. Thick shading solution slightly thickens the pigment.
