Perma Blend Shading Solution - Thin Shading Solution (0.5oz.)

An optional solution to lessen the pigment load.

Use it to dilute your pigment 20-80% for softer effects. Slightly thinner than Thick Shading Solution. Thin shading solution slightly thins the pigment.
